A Life Enriched

One of our patrons recently wrote us a "Library Story" which, her permission granted, I would like to share with you:
One of the best things I ever did for myself was buy a library card. I've learned so much through books. I have many hobbies; card making, scrapbooking, stenciling, Potpouri and Dried flower arts. I've even learned how to use a computer through the library. I can't thank you enough for this opportunity. Keep up the good work it is very much appreciated!
P.S. Through knowledge gained from books, I was able to make my sister a heirloom bedroom suite of stenciled sunflowers and butterflies. "So lovely". It will be treasured for years to come.
Thank you to this individual and and everyone else who has written down how the library has enriched their lives for our binder of "Library Stories". These personal stories help to ensure we continue on as a valued resource in the community.
Anyone wishing to share their story is free to do so anytime! (Sheets are in our binder, our just use any piece of paper at home.)
