Comics presentation was great!
Jay from Happy Harbor Comics and his two helpers did a fantastic job of enlightening us on the world of comics, while providing us with some stunning artwork - thanks again! We are also very thankful to the Vermilion Standard for their coverage and great article on the event. The kids had lots of questions and comments throughout the presentation, and were very enthusiastic.
The Month of Lambs and Lions
Coming in March, we are pleased to partner with Midwest Family Connections once again to offer "The Power of Positive Parenting". I (Geraldine) will take the stage on the 18th to help get you started with "Overdrive", our new virtual library. Time again for the Mathieu Da Costa Challenge
The annual Matheu Da Costa Challenge is sponsored by Canada's Department of Citizenship and Immigration, and is designed to encourage children and youth to create works of art or language that express Canadian values, diversity and multiculturalism.
